I am and artist, healer and creative catalyst. My life has been a deep study and cultivation of various healing, spiritual practices and creative arts. After years of unexplained pain, extreme sensitivities, physical & mental suffering I was guided to discover the deeper roots of what makes the human condition get stuck and develop illness in mind, body and spirit.

I trained with top Masters around the world in specific techniques such as Yoga, Breathwork, Shadow work, Art Therapy, Improv Storytelling, Sound Healing, Reiki Hands on Energy work, and Ceremonial GongFu Tea practice. These methods profoundly impacted my own life’s journey and reawakened the playful spirit and true artist within me. Now my mission is to catalyze that beautiful change within you, sparking joy and creative flow. The artist inside you just wants to play! —and from this wellspring will flow a sense of inspired action & grounded purpose.
